Like for like battery replacement for my braun silk epil 9 flex which braun will not supply themselves. Slight delay along the way somewhere so was sent upgraded delivery to still meet the given delivery date. Not many companies will do that so obviously care about customer satisfaction. Excellent service and value and saved me quite a bit of money needing to replace or pay expensive braun repair service.
